You obviously have not done your homework. The Smartfortwo has a 5 star rollover crash rating, not 3. It has 8 air bags, not 4 - which makes for a huge safety difference considering how much more passenger room needs protection. Leaf has 5 bags for twice the area, and the Smart has 8 for half the area - you are failing the test for truth here. It does, in fact, have air conditioning - I have used it, and it works great - no melting as you spread false facts. You have stated "not available" or "unknown" - most likely for every comparison the Leaf was inferior in. The roof of the Smartfortwo is completely glass, no moon roof? The turning radius for U turns is much better for the Smart car than the Leaf. Why are you listing MPG when they are both electric - there is NO gas to compare? It has a 4 year 40,000 mile warranty, not 2 year - again, better than the Leaf and your shady comparisons. The battery has a 10 year warranty, and Leaf? As far as child door locks: The doors lock when the vehicle is moving, and there is no switch on the door to unlock, here your false representation is making a fool out of you on HOW MANY of your "specifications"? Highway and city range? Where are you getting these numbers from? Detention Hall, most likely. Upon purchase, you are given an app that shows the exact location of all the closest Blink chargers, and a map with a green circle showing you exactly how far the charge you have left will get you. You can set the car to turn on and heat up to a given temperature and time remotely. This is a great tool, and the Leaf? Nissan is trying to buy out the Blink stations - will this include countless deceptions and higher costs? Most likely. If you are getting paid for all of these false comparisons, your superior must be an idiot - or maybe that is YOU that is the idiot. The Smart car is made in Germany, where employees are trained much better. It is put together in France, again, we know the difference in work ethics here. WOW
