On a 2 mile straight away, The MDX's top speed maxed out at 138.8MPH, while the Pilot's speed maxed out at 135MPH, both with standard engines and full load. This test was performed 10 times with two identical speed guns for recording accuracy, the MDX's top speed averaged 137.5MPH, while the Pilot's top speed averaged at only 133.47MPH. This was done on a closed course under police supervision. (ie C: "Road test Pilot vs MDX @Chicagoland Speedway"

Extra bit of information to the unique users with enthusiasm for speed.

Also, the ECU can be modified and a PC card can be used to change the speed limiter on the MDX and Pilot's to be much higher. With Z rated tires, a 300$ PC Card, and disabled speed limiter, the MDX was able to reach a speed of 152.2MPH.- Almost 20MPH more! Not much can be said about the Pilot, N/A information on real top speed.
